You need to put the sendmail.dll into the windows\system32 folder and register it.
CD to that directory after you copy the file, and enter regsvr32 sendmail.dll.
You should see a message saying that sendmail.dll was successfully registerd.

Change the informaiont on the main form, but leave the smtp.address.  It works.

If you have a problem, try using your regular email address at your ISP.

I had a situation where nothing I tried to send worked until I used my regular credentials.

I later found out that my ISP was fitering unauthenticated email sent on port 25!
